CHARLES MANSON
"for sale" to pay eBay
What would you do if you owned the
right to "use" an authentic photograph of Charles Manson any
way you wanted to for the next 7 years? Would you make T-shirts,
lunch boxes, and notebooks or write your own book and put Charlie on
the cover? Or would you do all of those things plus anything more that
your mind could conceive of in
the next 7 years.
Well, here is the
chance of a lifetime to do just that and much more. Because Robert
Hendrickson, the copyright owner of the MANSON movie, has just been
ordered by the US District Court to pay "eBay" $36,640 in
attorneys fees, he must immediately raise that amount or "shut
down" his business, including this website.
Therefore, his loss can be your
gain. For the $36,640 you may pick any one (1) frame of film of
Charles Manson's image, from the academy award nominated motion
picture entitled MANSON and "use" that image for 7 years.
The US District Court has already determined that every frame of film
contained in MANSON is protected by a valid copyright in which Robert
Hendrickson is the owner, thus your use of a frame will be fully
protected by copyright, and your "use" will be entirely
"legal." We had hoped that we would "never" be put
in such a position that the above action would be necessary, but
thanks to the US Congress and its incoherent Digital Millennium
Copyright Act, right NOW we are desperate.
Obviously, the price
for "using" one frame of the MANSON movie is now established
to be $36,640 and we can't change that. If you would rather
"use" some other frame of film, other than that of Charles
Manson, let us know.
NOTICE: If anyone
has already "used" an image contained in any frame of the
MANSON movie, without Mr. Hendrickson's specific permission, they will
be held liable for $36,640 in damages pursuant to USCA Title 17,
section 501 and 504. Robert Hendrickson has recently discovered that
the pictorial "image" of the three girls brandishing weapons
displayed on the cover of MANSON VHS cassettes and the
"counterfeit" MANSON DVD's is actually a frame of film from
the MANSON movie thus, if for instance, anyone "uses" that
image in advertising MANSON DVD's on eBay or Amazon, as a minimum,
they will be liable for $36,640 plus "attorneys fees" which
could be another $36,640.
Because it will take us time
to recoup those "damages" via several Federal lawsuits, we
must present the above offer NOW. If we cannot make the deadline and
must "shut down" at least we will have more time to file and
prosecute lawsuits against all those who have been "using"
MANSON and/or selling the "counterfeit" MANSON DVD's.
PLEASE NOTE: Every
single penny of the $36,640 paid for the use of the Charles Manson
image offered above will go directly to Margret Whitman, and eBay as
ordered by the Court.
HOPEFULLY SOMEDAY.
