FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Regretfully, the
infringement activity, as alleged in the Complaint, has forced us to
suspend production on "The Legend of Charles Manson". Robert
Hendrickson must now spend all of his time and energy fighting those
who would trample upon his lawful rights.
There is some irony
though, because not unlike the Napster Case, this case is positioned
in the forefront with respect to certain aspects of motion pictures
and the internet. Thus, 30 years later, the name Charles Manson
may once again echo through Court House hallways and forever be quoted
in cyberlaw chit-chat.
