We are completely overwhelmed by everyone's response to this website. Just one year ago, we complained
that no major search engine would list us and now Exclusive Films and The Legend of Charles Manson are established icons on their own. You only need to type in either of those icons in a major search engine's search box and you will be directed to us.
We especially want to thank Janet from Germany, the Bradleys and everyone who has taken the time to cheer us on. Your encouragement is cherished most when the going gets tough and when Robert Hendrickson faces those tough film making problems, your emails are what he turns to for a lift.
We know that the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) has scared a lot of you off with the announcement of its "carnivore" email tapping tactics. The day that frightening practice was revealed chat room attendance all across America dropped over 30%.
And knowing that the F.B.I. would not hesitate to drive an Army tank through the front of your home, we understand everyone's newly founded cyber fear, but that is exactly why the Exclusive Film Network is so important.
When, not if, America goes down, and it will, the rest of the world will follow. This is not an expression of American pride, but a predictable historical fact.
America will never be overcome by outside forces, but ultimately destroyed from within -another fact. The entire future of America hangs by a single piece of paper-The Constitution of' the United States of' America.
Try to look at the "Constitution" from this perspective. You are a soccer mom cruising around in your shiny black Ford Explorer equipped with Firestone tires that are ready to disintegrate. Being a good mom and fearful that on your way to his next soccer game, your little Johnny might suffer a typical brain smashing, you anxiously hurry down to your local Ford or Firestone dealer for replacement tires.
Surprise, surprise, you are politely informed that you will have to wait five years for a JUST disposition of the matter. Hello! 5 years?
Well, that's exactly what a state of Oregon Court of Law, 10 years ago thought, "speedy trial" in the Constitution meant. A man accused of rape and murder had to wait 5 years in prison, just to be tried.
Of course now, ten years later, when the Oregon State Supreme Court rules that because the convicted man's Constitutional Rights were violated, he must be set free, the mother of the murdered little girl is in shock. And understandably so.
We understand that emotionally there should be many, many exceptions to certain rules incorporated into "the law of the land", and there exists a legal process built right into the Constitution, which is known as the Amendment Process, for just that. If you don't like it, change it. Monroe and Jefferson must have realized that some day even slavery would become unfashionable.
Maybe it's time to restrict religion, after all, all other big business is government regulated. Write your Senator now!
Maybe it's time to eliminate firearms, because even Adolf Hitler realized that the "subject classes" had NO need for guns, that the Nazis alone would administer law and order.
And as far as the accused are concerned, why should they have any rights at all? Why don't we just march into Ford headquarters, drag out that funny talking guy and tie him to that other foreign carpetbagger at Firestone and barbecue them both, in the town square?
We know, the machos over at LAPD are grumbling "that's to fuck'in much work, let us pump'em full of lead and dump'em in the LA river with the rest.
So you're asking, "Why is The Exclusive Film Network concerned about the Constitution, criminals (blue or white collar) and justice"? Isn't that the government's responsibility"?
Actually it's your responsibility. The Constitution was written to protect YOU from the government. The Constitution is YOUR written agreement with the government, making you both adversaries.
The government, government leaders and especially government prosecutors like to portray anyone, who is a Constitutional Purist, as a dangerous,
discontent rebel or conspiracy theorist and they should, because the Constitution by it's very nature creates a "them against us" mentality. That is exactly what our forefathers intended, to protect us from our own worst enemy, OURSELVES.
Folks, that frayed Constitution is ALL we've got! It's ALL that separates us from Iraq or even China. It's that worn and constantly abused Constitution that allows US to make this website and allows YOU to log on.
Yesterday, we received an email from Mr. Vincent Bugliosi, demanding that we remove his email address from our website (re:
Prosecutor Speaks Out), immediately. He proclaimed that we "have NO right to publish ANYONE'S private email address".
Well folks, we fuck'ed up big time. Mr. Bugliosi is absolutely correct. When his email to us was scanned, the address should have been blackened out. Not only do we apologize for our stupid mistake, but we ask that all of you forgive us for being so careless (for not making
HIS RIGHTS our top concern).
Mr. Bugliosi also wished us good luck with our cause. Is it possible, that 30 years ago, he was just as shocked at the Judge's judicial ignorance, when pistol pack'in papa pissed all over the 6th Amendment to the Constitution, as any legal scholar would be?
So many questions are surfacing now. Did Manson have a full hearing on the matter? Was he represented, at a hearing, by Counsel or by himself? Who initiated the hearing? Were customary rules of Court followed with respect to such a hearing? Was anyone, other than Judge Roy Bean, even present if such a hearing even took place?
We understand how laymen might consider these issues mere technicalities, but
if the Judge simply appeared in Court, with a hang over one day and missed seeing the last clause to the 6th Amendment, shouldn't someone with a real law degree come out of the closet.
After all, even the Roman Court 2000 years ago allowed the now famous Jesus Christ to represent himself. Of course, look at the problems that has caused.
