On March 19, 2001, Plaintiff ROBERT HENDRICKSON filed a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to restrain the Defendants eBay Inc., et al. On Monday, April 23, 2001 all papers, including eBay's Opposition will be filed with the Court.
On April 30, 2001 at 10:OOa.m. in the United States District Courthouse for the Central District of California, a hearing will be held before the Honorable senior Judge Robert J. Kelleher.
Without question, the Court's decision will effect the manner in which motion pictures can be distributed via the internet and quite possibly the future of "The Legend of Charles Manson."
