The
Prosecutors and Watkins prepare to fight the Devil
We are beginning to
understand why a police detective, upon discovering a crime, quickly
selects a suspect and then proceeds to build a case around that
particular person, because otherwise, if one gathers ALL the evidence,
applies ALL the possible theories and then objectively explores ALL
the possibilities, it could take years to solve what might first
appear to be the simplest of cases.
When we first began
" The Legend of Charles Manson" film project, we simply envisioned
splicing all the reels of film together, adding some music and
narration and let you be the witness. That's easy enough, but we keep
discovering potential bombshells that stimulate further exploration
into countless hours of audio recordings. It's like detective work is
supposed to be, if you have an open mind and the rest of your life to
do the job right.
Here
is an example: Paul Watkins, a very dear and credible witness for
the prosecution in the Manson Murder Case, explains how Steve Grogan,
alias Clem, told him that he chopped off Shorty Shea's head and it
went bloop, bloop, bloop down the road. Paul also declares how fortunate
he was to have escaped the evil clutches of the Manson Family, but
we discovered a small piece of film (13 seconds) with Paul and "The
Head Chopper" together at the Spahn Ranch months after Paul escaped
the murderous rampage. Paul is actually socializing with perhaps the
Manson Family's official executioner.
Has Paul returned to
the ranch as an undercover police agent, was the head chopping story
bullshit or is Paul just fucking nuts?
We have almost two
years of the Manson Family on film and we are finding documented
EVIDENCE that all is not as its seemed.
When
Ronnie Howard, who broke the Tate LaBianca Murder case, was interviewed
right after the guilty verdicts, she told the filmmakers of her secret
DEAL with two detectives for the reward money. She testified as they
wanted her to and they ALL would split the money. When Ronnie never
paid them their share, she was harassed for a time and then murdered.
(Ronnie was a drug addict and spent the cops share of the loot).
Here's
another subtle discovery: Manson was supposed to be obsessed with
the famous Beatles recording group. The group's "White Album"
which included "Helter Skelter" was released in December
of 1968, but their "Magical Mystery Tour" album was released
much earlier, before September 5, 1968.
Why
is September 5, 1968 significant? Because in that week, Charles Manson
and the Family recorded at Vox Studios in Hollywood, California "The
Family Jams." Paul Watkins declared to the prosecutor Bugliosi
that Manson was already influenced by the Beatles Magical Mystery
Tour Album, but in days of recording "The Family Jams,"
wherein Manson is the lead singer and the rest of the Family are back-up
voices, absolutely NO mention is made about the Beatles or their music.
If Manson was even
interested in the Beatles those tapes would most certainly expose
such, because most everything is discussed between Manson and the
sound engineers, including other types of music and singers. In fact,
Manson even remarks that Frankie Lane, of all singers, is ahead of his
time.
Even
personal philosophies are talked about and expressed. If you go to
our Home Page and click on "The
Legend of Charles Manson" A true story uncensored at written
pages 4 and 5 Manson is quoted from those 1968 tapes.
While
the tapes reveal a very aware and seemingly intelligent Manson, they
appear to be a complete contradiction to certain aspects of the prosecutions
factual theory and to coin a phrase directly from Bugliosi's book
about this very subject "Much of this I would never use at the
trial; it was simply too absurd."
And
if you say "Why didn't Manson's lawyer point this out at the
trial," assuming the defense attorney's were invited to join
the prosecutor when he interviewed witnesses privately, you only need
to read Bugliosi's quotes from the trial transcript to discover that
Manson's legal counsel suffered from a mental disorder. In fact, the
word is that said lawyer wanders the streets today as a homeless person.
One
should certainly ask, why would Paul Watkins make up such a story
about Manson's obsession with the Beatles and "Helter Skelter?"
As was pointed out to us by a completely objective source working
on our film project," This (Watkins) guy is trying to take over
Charlie's position as lead singer in the Family." And you will
witness exactly that.
How about this one!
Did you ever notice the blatant swastika carved into Manson's
forehead? Here's the catch, there were Jews in the Family and they
were treated just as that, Family!
Can you begin to
understand our dilemma and the unfortunate delay of "The Legend of
Charles Manson?" At this point we are frankly getting exhausted and we
truly understand now why you pick a suspect and build a case to
conform.
The obvious question
is: How come we're coming up with all of this information 30 years
later? The answer is so simple, it's scary. When the original filming
took place 30 years ago, over a period of almost two years, as a roll
of film was shot, developed and printed, words phrases and images were
extracted that supported the film makers preconceived point of view,
with the rest shelved, to be forgotten forever. This is a typical film
making process used by all your TV news magazine shows today.
Before now,
absolutely no one, including Robert Hendrickson, had ever seen the
entire film assembled as a whole. The "big picture" was never before
painted. Additionally, the whole picture had never been framed
properly with the incredible happenings and events of a nation on the
brink of total moral collapse.
We
guess, what we're really try' in to say here is, NO bullshit, we're sitt'in on a time bomb waiting to be exploded and we don't quite know
how to handle it.
We
also understand that if anyone normal had actually been present and
witnessed the Tate or LaBianca Death scenes, they could never have
been convinced that boyish football heroes, cute little prom queens
and Sunday school graduates ever participated in, much less executed,
such Satanic events.
Perhaps,
"Helter Skelter" and the Black-White Race War was the only
explanation the ingenious prosecutor could have used to make a simple
minded jury understand why good American soccer mom kids would do
the carnage that makes August 9, 1969 a night for the world to remember.
That
Charles Manson, a personification of the traditional American gangster
drugged with that social poison known as Hippyism, provided the magical
potion necessary to intoxicate the jury, might actually go to prove
that God really does watch over us.
